Rohit Shetty's highly anticipated action-packed film Singham Again has taken the box office by storm on its opening day! Starring an ensemble cast of Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, and Tiger Shroff, the film raked in an impressive Rs 65 crore worldwide on Day 1, with a net collection of Rs 43.7 crore in India alone.
Released on November 1, 2024, Singham Again is the fifth installment in Rohit Shetty’s famous Cop Universe and a direct sequel to Singham Returns (2014). Fans were also treated to a surprise cameo from Salman Khan, adding more excitement to this high-octane action flick.
The film had a massive worldwide release, showing on over 2,000 screens across several countries. It set records in places like Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji, with a huge North American launch on 760 screens. In the UK and Ireland, it opened on 224 screens, and it’s also playing on IMAX screens across India for an immersive cinematic experience.
Singham Again is presented by Jio Studios, in partnership with Rohit Shetty Picturez, Devgn Films, and Reliance Entertainment. Produced by Ajay Devgn, Jyoti Deshpande, and Rohit Shetty, the movie is expected to continue its blockbuster run throughout the weekend.
