Karan Veer Mehra has been named the winner of Bigg Boss 18! He beat fellow contestants Vivian Dsena and Rajat Dalal to take home the trophy on January 19. After winning, there were some funny rumors saying Karan used money to get votes and media support. Karan took these jokes lightly and said with a smile, “Wait, get me my Google Pay!” Everyone loved his funny response.
Karan talked to reporters after his big win, thanking his fans for their support and saying, “I’m super happy. This victory belongs to all of us.” He also made friends inside the Bigg Boss house, which he said helped him win.
During the show, famous director Farah Khan compared Karan to Sidharth Shukla, the winner of Bigg Boss 13. Karan said, “Sidharth was a great guy and a good friend. I didn’t spend much time with him, but I’m happy to be compared to him.”
Besides the trophy that looked like the one from Bigg Boss 13, Karan also won ₹50 lakh. Many fans were surprised when Rajat Dalal got third place, and some even said the show seemed “fixed.” While Shilpa Shirodkar and Chum Darang celebrated Karan’s win, other contestants felt Vivian or Rajat should have taken home the prize.
